Navigate to Register on the bottom of our homepage and request an account by entering your details. Our colleagues will check your request and if approved, they will send you an invitation to create a password for your new account.

Log in to your account and add a delivery/payment address. If you have any difficulties changing your delivery/payment address, please contact us and we will happily help you.

Orders in our webshop
Yes, the quantity displayed on our web shop is matching our live stock in the warehouse.
We can't guarantee that you can change your order afterwards, as they are processed as soon as we can. However if you get in contact with us quickly, we can always add some new items
Yes, next to our webshop we also accept orders through the phone or E-mail. Feel free to contact us if you have any difficulties with ordering your products online.
The standard meters or units are displayed for each article within the product. For fabrics these sizes can deviate up to 40% from the actual size displayed on our web shop. When ordering fabrics, these meters are the threshold for the minimum order quantity. When ordering Haberdashery, the minimum order quantity is equal to the amount of units that is sold per package.
We always try our best to deliver the exact amount of meters. However, the actual delivered product can deviate up to 40% in meters. As agreed within the Terms & Conditions.
After your order is confirmed, our team will do their best to pick and ship your order within the same day. However, Textile Center can't guarantee a specific delivery time because transport is done by our partner DPD.
Click on 'Your Name' in the top navigation bar and go to 'My Account'. Here you can see all your order activities.
For the exact status of your order you can always send an email to info@textile.center. Our colleagues from Customer Service will happily give you the available status of your order.
Our web shop is connected to our stock in the warehouse. However, if it might occur that an item is ordered while it is out of stock, our web shop will give you an error message saying that it is not able to add it to your cart.
Payment
Yes, after we have double-checked your whole order you will receive an email with a confirmation that your order is being processed.
Immediately after you have confirmed your order you will receive a Pro-Forma. This invoice should be paid within 5 days.
Go to 'My Account' and click on 'Invoices & Bills', here you can see every invoice you should have received and if you have outstanding invoices to pay.
We accept IDEAL, MAESTRO, Bancontact and Bank transfer as a payment
Once we have processed your order, we send you a final invoice for your accountancy. There can be a difference in the amount paid and the total amount of the invoice(s). This can occur due to the number of meters sent and the shipping costs.
For this we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service or your Sales Agent to discuss what the possibilities are.
Yes, we send our packages all over the entire universe.
Delivery
We will notify you via e-mail whenever your order is confirmed to be picked in our warehouse and when it leaves the door of Textile Center. After this the order is in hands of our transport partner, there will be a Track & Trace Code available for you to track the journey of your products. We kindly ask you to send our Customer Service an email to ask about the status of your order info@textile.center
Yes, it is possible to collect your order at Textile Center.
We maintain fees for shipping your products depending on the location where you receive the products. On this page you can exactly see what the fees are for which countries and which kind of shipments.
Depending on the weight and amount of the package we also offer shipping by pallet. If your package is small enough we will ship your products sealed by our sealing machine.
If you have a cheaper alternative, you can always collect your own goods with your own courier.
If a successful delivery of goods cannot take place, due to negligence on the part of the Other Party, additional costs will be charged to the Other Party. The choice for a new shipment is up to Textile Center and will also be charged to the customer (again).
Cancel & Return
Yes, you can always ask Customer Service to cancel the order whenever it is not shipped yet.
The warranty applies for a period of 5 days after delivery. Complaints and (in)visible damage (arising upon delivery) must be submitted in writing and with reasons within that period. After this, complaints will not be accepted anymore. No complaints will be accepted after the goods have been processed. If the guarantee provided by Textile Center concerns a good that was produced by a third party, then the guarantee is limited to that provided by the producer of the good, unless stated otherwise.
Any form of guarantee will expire if a defect has arisen as a result of or ensues from injudicious or improper use thereof, incorrect storage or maintenance thereof by the Other Party and / or by third parties if, without the written permission of Textile Center, the Other Party or third parties have made changes or have attempted to make changes to the item, other items have been attached to it that do not need to be attached to it.
The Other Party is also not entitled to a warranty if the defect has arisen due to or is the result of circumstances beyond Textile Center's control, including weather conditions.
Return shipments are only permitted if they have been expressly approved in advance by Textile Center and the provisions under warranty have been met. Costs arising from this, such as storage and shipping costs, are at the expense of the Other Party.

The pictures and colours of the shown products can differentiate from the actual products. Textile Center invests a lot of time and effort to show them as accurate as it is in reality. All information and prices on our web shop are subject to typographical errors and changes. We try our best to keep the web shop as up-to-date as possible, but no rights can be derived from this.
